Coaching for Team: The coaching for Team allows a team to find it own solutions of questions or problems. The Team is to be envisaged as global, much more than a simple individuals' sum. The team is a synergy, a collective intelligence, a collective unconscious, an strength united in the same goal. The coaching of the leader of this team is not enough for obtaining the necessary changes: it is necessary to envisage the team in general. On the other hand the leader often holds the codes of success of the intervention.
