Leadership and how to increase its communication skills" is aimed at working with a leader or a leading team on questions relative to the management skills.
Our approach is centred on the manager's abilities for and it allows to master, either in a project or the team, the following various aspects:

• Express grievances under a fertile shape
• Capacity to create an atmosphere in which the variety is an asset rather than a source of friction
• Know how to use effectively the internal and external networks
• Communicate in situation of conflict
• Make take risks and create the change: how

These skills allow to develop a "communication intelligence" (the art to build useful relations), which includes in particular the verbal communication, the intra-personal intelligence (capacity to analyze its own reactions) and the interpersonal intelligence (capacity to understand the other one and their reactions, their feelings, etc.). The intervention is made by contributions from practical cases met by the leader, on the basis of which the participant works in mode coaching or training.
